AI Evaluation

$150

Written assessment · No meeting required

You share what you have including process documents, workflows, data, however your work is currently organized. I spend focused review time going through it and send back a written assessment of where AI is most likely to create real leverage in your operation, and where it isn't worth the effort.

What you get

  • A written high-level assessment delivered by email
  • The areas of your operation most worth pursuing
  • The ones that aren't worth the effort yet
  • A clear sense of what implementation would involve

Hands-on work

One-on-One Consulting

$350 / hour

Working sessions where we build the thing together. Selecting and configuring tools, building automations, packaging repeatable workflows, setting up agents and skills. This is hands-on and specific to your work, not general education.

How this usually goes

Most people start with the evaluation. It's faster and cheaper to find the right problems before we start solving them. If you already know exactly what you want to build, you can skip straight to a consulting session.
